Lug nut's for chrome 20 spokes?

Simple question. I picked up a set of minty chrome 20 spokes from another m8 owner a couple months back to replace my corroded chrome 10's.. Since I have a new set of these (not exact, but the closed end style)

Can I use them instead of the open ended lug's that came oem on them? He said I could, just want to double check before I put em' on.

I wouldn't use those myself.

Those use those funny sockets, and are a bit of a pain.

I just use the open ended stock nuts and they are fine under the center cap. Even with my snowflakes on my winter cars.

If you want to use the closed end type, the stock ones fit fine and are much easier to use.

I just stole the picture to illustrate the closed type look. I was limited in what pic's I could use on the work computer. I will be using the stock type lugs.

Yeah, they ALWAYS get Broken or Lost. And 99% of the time, its when you're on the side of the road changing a flat...

i ran some off the shelf chrome closed lug nuts with my chrome ten spokes. no issues.

The only thing I was concerned about was the center cap clearance, since 20 spokes have center cap's..
