Manual seat options.

So i've done a decent amount of research into my lack no power situation on my drivers side and I've found basically nothing that could help, it's such an odd combination of what works and what doesn't and nothing seems to work for it. I've decided that maybe the best thing to do would be go manual, first with the seats I know that the Thunderbird seats and track should bolt up but is there anything else there I'm missing. I have a couple more things in my interior that need some repair but I'm not sure what how to. 1 being my cupholder takes a good amount of force to get up and one of the rings wont pop out, 2 being theres a little dent where your shoulder rests on the door panel

You may want to shop eBay for a seat motor assembly? I've picked up a NOS passenger side just because.

I believe the Thunderbird seat track will accept the Mark VIII seats. I remember such a swap from years ago where a T-bird used the Mark VIII interior?

I too, assume the T-Bird tracks would work well. The seats in these cars aren't hard to remove, but you'll have to remove the seat with the tracks, swap the new tracks onto the seat, then reinstall the works.

Of course, removing the seat makes checking for power at the seat connector pretty easy, too..

Understood.
When i was fixing mine, i found that the track and mounting were very similar to the one in my 1996 Cougar. The differences were in the way the back was adjusted.
No power and no lumbar support in the back.
