I highly doubt it. These headers almost mimic cobra jba headers with the exception where they turn down instead of back. They will definitely interfere with the stock location of the steering shaft, so at the very least that will have to be modified to move the u-joint up. Then you will have a 90 deg bent downtubes ... Less than optimal. Add to it that these are shorty headers which provide barely any gains on 4.6 DOHC.

Just modify the long tubes. Its not rocket science, even if you have to pay somebody to do it.
