New paint

Last summer I had the 95's roof, trunk, and bumper painted ( clearcoat peeling). I can see on the trunk and roof where they didn't sand to the edge, and can see a clear line where they stopped. Took it back, and was told it has to cure for a few months, and they can buff it out. On the area between the rear and side windows, I can see where I had 6"X9" magnet flags, and it shows through. Was told that happens with stickers etc. I figure if it was primered and painted, they shouldn't show. I was hoping to get some info before I go back to have it buffed out. They didn't paint the strip under the reflector. Thanks TONYyyy

So they basically just taped off the roof and trunk to paint with no 'blending in'.

Typical, but not the best approach. But I would say if it was wet sanded, buffed and polished properly it should look good.

What they didn't do was to sand the entire trunk leaving about 2" un- sanded up near the window. Same on the roof. I think they just rushed the job to make some quick cash. I don't think buffing it will fix the problem. I hope it does, so that another problem goes away. I'll have to take some pics.
