no heat

I do not plan on driving the red 98 in the winter but I drove it today and there is no heat. The car seems to hold the temp gage in the normal position. All the hoses that hold coolant feel plenty warm. any ideas?

Sounds like a the Blend Door Arm is broken.
I just fixed mine in September. see:
