Sorry, I don't know the size either. I wish the manual would say what the sizes of the fasteners were.

Maybe you could get one of these and measure it, that's what I do sometimes:

Boy, that is a monster.

I measured 37 mm but it was very rusty so I'd say it's really 36 mm. If I get a chance tomorrow, I'll measure the one on my green Mark (not rusty) to make sure.
