Yes it came with a glitch ballast and it works great. Only one problem I noticed, since it's from a CE the green seems a tad bit different and I gotta swap out the center badge cause it's gold toned.

There were no green CE, only White and Cordovan, since the center badge is gold tone i say you have a GE, ghetto edition . The CE do have gold lettering on the taillight lens.
