Mine says VROOOM. The last cop that pulled me over had some smart @ss remark about my car going vrooom and then squealing the tires into 2nd.

Yeah, I had one pull me over too saying that I got into the throttle. No squealing tires though and he said he has a hot rod too but I didn't need to drive like that. Honestly, I was at half throttle, so apparently he is unfamiliar with stall converters. If I am "into" the throttle, it sees 3K rpms on every shift without going wide open. I guess I better tame my foot more.

I just consider it getting up to speed in a very efficient manner. As far as I'm concerned, there is no such thing as excessive acceleration in my car on street tires because it tends not to go anywhere if I mat it.
