Back into surgery yesterday. Driver's header off to get redone, tank is down to get going on the fuel system, and upper intake is off. My buddy pulls the rails tomorrow and the fuel pump to start figuring out how to put it back together better.

Soon she will be a Lincorn.

After that I'll be dropping some more weight and getting the racing seats mounted up, then it's off to the dyno. I have the hook on a circle track guy that will put a rollbar in the car for a good price if I get the boot this year. Online calcs are looking good, but that's bench racing at this point.

"That's a paddlin'."

Starting to plan for a canoe trip, and I wanted some better canoe paddles.

I got a nicer one for myself.. :) it's a bit lighter, too

I know literally nothing about canoe thingys,
but those are clearly art to be hung on a wall,
not to be used for rowing - or whatever it is you do (I assume spend most of the time wishing for a motor) in a canoe... :p :D :p

Some of those are certainly more reliable than others. Those Martin's are touchy about the "fuel mixture" though; they run rich. Reliable when correctly maintained however..

I'll admit to having considered hanging them over a doorway when not in use. :)

I'm planning my next trip as to be "downstream" only. it's strategic.

Here's a shot from my new drone today.

It's from Wyandotte MI, you can see part of the Detroit river, about a half mile away, Henry Ford Hospital in the center, and the power plant on the right.:)

Bill, that looks great. Next meet should provide an opportunity to view those Mark Vlll's from a new vantage point.

It's a little tricky getting the right angle on the camera, the right height, and the right shot. This drone is just a toy, I need a good one that has a screen on the remote showing what the camera sees.:)
