I washed the 97 today, thought I'd take a photo of a wheel. The light seemed good for my favorite color, chrome.:thumbsup:

Then I saw that I was in the photo, so I centered myself and took this one for laughs. I'm holding my camera, but it's behind the Continental Star.

Every once in a while you catch a voyeur (or...not sure what the term is...) that takes a picture of that sterling silver tea pot while nude, and they show up in the reflection.

wouldn't be so bad, but it was a hit and run, and emotions got the better of me, and now the right rear wheel is about 3 inches further forward that it should be. And I lost a bullet center cap, that right there does it for me.

Puzzling story... what happened?

I didn't just write down the license plate, I tried to get them to stop. I succeeded all too well in that endeavor. I first calmly pulled along side and motioned them into a well lit parking lot, they tried the left turn signal on, take a right at the last moment (but I was 3 car lengths behind them). I got out at a stop light and asked them again to pull over, or stay there. They took off, brake checked me, so I returned the favor.

Product of a 22 hour day, lack of food, their general not caring attitude, and all other excuses that don't make it right, and I will pay. My 13 year old son has more sense than me.

First part happened in the city, where they don't deploy cops, even with a disabled car. Second part on an interstate onramp, so highway patrol.

Need to find out what is bent and see if the one Mark VIII in the yard has what I need, and then do bumper cover and tail light.

I'm sure in retrospect, you can second guess your actions but I hope they got what they deserved.
