You will have plenty of choices because the 94 is a single DIN. I had an Alpine CDA-9811 in my 94. It worked great it played audio CDs and CDs with MP3s.

Just FYI...

I seem to remember someone mentioning that all aftermarket head units may not be compatible with the power antenna. Some might require running a new lead to get it to power on and off with the stereo.

Does anyone remember the thread I'm talking about?

Scott: I do remember the conversation. I think there has to be a "switched" circuit lead built into the radio to trigger the antenna system. Power to the antenna motor is supplied by the car already - it just needs to close and open a loop.

I've never had a problem with one not being in anything I bought - and I don't really buy top of the line audio stuff - so maybe it's common these days.

I used an AM/FM/CD deck from a 98 Ford Probe to replace my deck, it was a direct slide in replacement.

I have a 1993 Mark VIII, Radio part # F32F-18K817-BF
