I hope someone can help me with this one.
My radio will light up fine but I keep getting a cracking noise in my left rear speaker. The stereo stays lit but the sound is intermittent where it will work for a minute or two and go out. Sometimes it comes back and goes out again. Other times I can shut down the stereo and turn it back on and it will go another minute or so.
I don't know if I should just scrap the system and put an aftermarket set up in it or if the problem is simple to fix.
How do you access the rear speakers. I am thinking that the speaker may be shorting and causing the amp to shut down?
Any help would be appreciated.
