After Eli helped me all day long replacing my heater core in red whore, we went and filled my botttle. Eli has a friend up here that is part of the columbus racing group that just finished his single turbo supra. I have been trying to hunt him down and run against him. Luckily last night I finally got the chance>
He is running 66mm precision turbo with only 16PSI on a built engine. I know he does not have anything done to the intake, although I am not sure what exactly he has done to the heads, ect. He is running a stand alone fuel management system.
We lined them up from a dig, and took off. He spun a little off the line, and I took off. I instantly gained 2 car lengths on him.
About 60mph I was looking in my rearview mirror just waiting for him to start pulling on me, but it never happened. I ran it up to about 125, and he was about 3-4 lengths behind me.
Unfortunatly I did not get to race him from a roll. I would have loved to seen the outcome of that race. I expect it to have been jsut about even.
I ran against some modified mustangs on the highway, and blew their doors off as usual.
