Replacing Multi-Function Switch

Hello all.

I can't figure out how to remove the ignition cylender to remove the cover from the steering column.

Please help.

Thanks Jamies98lsc, I would not have thought of turning the ignition to the "run" position.

Jamie, is that for all years?

From 93 to 95 - maybe 96. I KNOW that 97/98 that the key/ignition is in the dash, not the column.

Also, i recently learned that on a gen 2, the MFS wraps right around the column, so the steering wheel needs to be removed.

Actually.....that works on almost ALL Ford cars with the ignition in the column.
