Requesting opinions on two mark viii's

What do you think about this vehicle? I'm not sure if its even a collectors edition. They don't say anything about having previous collision work done, and I don't think lsc collectors edition's came with chrome around the neon and taillights. Claims to only have 50,000 miles. Opinions.

I'm also considering this 98, from california. What do you guys think?

It is possible the CE had the neon tail lamp replaced due to cosmetic or functioning issues. It does claim to be #154 of 1300 and there are other CE details intact (wheels, seats, emblem...). It looks a little rough in some details as you might expect for a car this aged but with 50,000 miles it should have many more miles to deliver.

They had to replace the side lights as well, seems more work then painting it. But from the stick on well covers I would say they like chrome. Shocked they did not replace the grill with chrome too,
