However your question reminded me of the time that I got trapped in a traffic jam inside the tunnel in Boston (pre-Big Dig) when I was like maybe 12... mom was more then happy to put the windows down and open the sun roof while I sat in the passenger seat blasting my face off through my saxophone
I dunno how the surrounding traffic felt, but I thought it was pretty awesome
