Saw an LOD member on the GCP

I saw a fellow LOD member on the Grand Central Parkway today. He had a nice red first generation Mark VIII with aftermarket rims that I have not seen before. We exchanged greetings before merging into traffic. It is nice seeing a fellow member on the road.

SO who was it and how did hyou know he was an LOD member?

He had an LOD decal on his window. I did not catch is name unfortunately. He knew who I was. It was a nice Mark he was driving.
