Bill does the chip come with software so that we can tweak the tunes ourselves?

This is a single tune chip that cannot be edited by the user.

The functionality which you are referring to is much costlier and frankly most owners do not need the "editing" capability unless you are constantly making major changes to your car. We can retune this chip in the future if you were to make some significant change in the cars air flow capabilities at a reasonable cost.
