Some fuse questions

My cigar lighter (among many things) is out. The fuse looks good but is there any other place to look?

have you popped the connector off the back and checked with a volt-meter? those sockets (in general) are notoriously unreliable. I'd start there, and work your way to the battery.

Ive tested this and a bunch of other places in the car that ive been having trouble. The wires have the ability to carry power just fine but for some reason they wont?

Might be too simple but I'd try a different lighter to see if that works.

We have more than one?
I took a look and found a hairline split in tbe fuse so.i replaced it and it keeps blowing now
