I'd like to see a picture of the underside of the car.

I bought a van from MI. All of the brake and fuel lines are rusted, rotten and ready to fail. Some of the brake lines have already been spliced!

There is nothing to see. It's rusted, you can bet on that. It'a not worth the $1300 IMO. It's a $600-800 car tops.

How can you tell its an LSC ? The trim is the same color and engine/dash/exterior looks the same as a base model how can you tell other than the LSC wheels,someone may have just put em on? dont the lsc's have trim the same as the body paint ?

Not the wheels. The 96 LSCs had HID lights that had clear lenses... and no chrome stripe going through the bumpers/body moldings.

They also had perforated seats.... and diff gears out back and a true dual exhaust.

Only 96's had that? I know all LSC's have the trim / gears / exhaust - but this one has crome on the trim and grille, i see not in the bumpers though...

Ok i can barely see the lsc on the back..... The chrome trim threw me way off, i thought all LSC had no chrome to be found except the door and back window

BlackMark8, 1st gen LSC's all have chrome grills, chrome corner light and hood trim, and rear tail light trim, same as all the other mark VIII's from 93-96, the LSC's dont have chrome trim in the bumper covers or side body moldings, other than that the bodies are all the same, 97-98 LSC's are a different ball game, monochromatic bodies, meaning no chrome anywhere except the door and quarter windows. it is a true LSC there is no doubting that.

My brakes (Red winter Mark) sprung a leak at work last week but I was able to carefully drive it to Jeremi's house to work on it after work (he lives close to there).

I had just finished replacing the fuel lines, and I replaced the rear brake lines last year (no splices). I'll be replacing the fronts when I get it towed home.

Yes, you need to look under cars that have been salted.
