That sucks for him. In one way I feel bad for him but in another way, he does have a problem which should have been addressed WAY before. Sucks that the city has to step in to clean up. I do feel his pain to selling these car for next to nothing but he isn't willing to do that either. IMO a Cadillac Allante for 2K in the condition I am seeing his other cars is too much.
