Spoons rattling and buzzing noises

Cars running just fine but I noticed 2 odd things...
Whenever i floor it or push it hard i hear a sound that sounds almost like rattling spoons coming from my rearend for about 3 seconds, honestly I have no idea about that and then at idle or around 1k rpm i hear a buzzing from my door, is there anything that would commonly fall apart in there and cause this?

Haha! My humble opinion on the rattling spoons is the passenger rear shock mount. That's pretty close to what mine sounded like when I replaced it. I would suspect buzzing from your door to be a grounding issue with your stereo or half of the amp checking out.
