Steel takes more horsey powers to turn, I'm running the aluminum Dynotec drive shafts in both of mine.

Most people not running the original drive shaft are either running an aluminum 93 1-piece or aluminum aftermarket. Some have carbon fiber or metal matrix (me). Never heard of anyone running steel in the mark8's.

Id go with what other people are saying, 1 piece or CF.

Remember how with crown vics the steel driveshafts would explode at like 80 so they threw in the aluminum ones for the PI and Towncars to make them stable a little higher up

If you are doing 4:10's don't waste your time with a 93 shaft. Get some type fo fatermarket 1-piece. Many people have used the standard aluminum shafts with no complaints. CF would just be that much better (less mass) if you want to spend the money.
