Just poking you in the ribs, Kirk! :D

Your next video should be appended to this thread...

Had to mute the sound - couldn't stand that selection. No decent production music available? +1 on the next video, need to see and hear that 98 LSC sucking in the air. Massively.

I can vouch for that car making smoke like I've never seen. the neighbor across the street was upset that he missed it. But he didn't really, because a huge wall of smoke went drifting through his yard. He was just behind his house at the time and didn't know what had happened. :D

Silent but violent. LOL

Maybe I'll have to keep searching youtube's limited music selection and edit that part. I was on the fence about the music track also. It all sucks mostly.

I've got gobs and gobs of production music libraries on CD, mainly power sports stuff that you hear on ESPN and the rest, stuff that's on NFL Primetime and similar. Really cool music that would make it sound pro.

What you are looking for is one of two things. Either the shifter from a '98 Collector's Edition, or one from Al Island, custom made from wood of your choice. http://www.lincolnsofdistinction.org/vbulletin/showthread.php?t=34618

Interestingly, it appears that his photo gallery is off-line..

I think both Kirk and I have the Collector's Edition shifter. If I were to do it again, I would seriously consider one of Alexsander's, mostly because I've got a thing for Black Walnut. :)

Thanks for the kudos! :D I am honored to own this car. It only has a taste of true potential at the moment but once it has full exhaust with headers and a 4000 stall with a more aggressive tune I have intentions to get it as close to 11s on the stock block as I can. Lonnie provided me with the converter for my silver car that has worked flawlessly for 3 years now and he has a 9.5" that I want for this car. Unfortunately I have other priorities right now so it will have to wait along with everything else I want to do to this car which will also include gauges for the A/F and meth injection.

When you get on it on the freeway, this is where the car currently let's you know it has some anger bottled up. Now I just need to take care of the 0-60 ;)
