Valve rattle at low rpm

When I'm driving I get valve rattle at low rpm When the motor is under a load I'm about to Chang the oil cause I think it thin and that's what my problem is any input?

It don't do it at idle just under a load when it's warmed up and you push the gas to try to kick the tranny down

No I'm not sure of that actually ok now do you know what the black cable that is over the throttle cable do you know what that is for I can't find it online

I am about to rebuild the valve body in the tranny and do the shift kit I think the kick down sensor in the tranny is going out cause it only kicks down when I go over half throttle or is that normal?

And i think it up shifts to soon when you are just driving it ez
