V viiiball New member May 8, 2004 #1 I have a 95 and am thinking about totally removing the cats, will this set off any sensors in the gen 1's ? do I need MIL adapter or a custom tune or will i be fine?,let me know before I start,also no emission tests in KS so no worries there

Mad1stGen Booster May 9, 2004 #2 If your car is a 95, you have only 2 o2 sensors up front, before the cats. Gutting or removing the cats will not trigger the CE light.
