Great! It sounds like we have a lot of interest in this.

Jeremi said we might be able to rent the track so we can get more runs. I'm not sure how this would work though.

I ran into Jack at the grocery store today, so I had to tell him that we're planning another meet.:)

He's still driving a Taurus SHO, but he said he has a new one on order.

He said he could give us a run for our money.:D

He did seem interested, I'm not sure if he could make it, but I told him I'd shoot him an email when the plans were finalized.

Bill I'd so rock a new SHO for a daily if I had the money. 13.7 stock and 12.7 with just a tune! My type of car

I might be able to make it. I haven't been down a drag strip in years, I might give it a go with my BMW. I'm a little concerned about the clutch, though, since it has 162,000 miles on it...

If I'm not mistaken, your navigator, town car, and awesome work truck, would all qualify. :D

LEt me correct the reply......Unfortunatly the Blue car will not be available, but the white one continues to rock on!.

Are we doing this shin dig?
The '96 ... needs some attention but it wouldn't be the first time as a stand-in.

We need to pick a weekend, though I must admit I have no real interest in racing if the Blue car is down.

Too many choices! :D

I would love to take the Harley truck on a road trip! :D

Yes, this shin dig is still on!:D

We're still shooting for the first weekend in May, unless someone has a better idea. I'm not sure if this will conflict with the north east drag meet?

I don't expect that a lot of people can make it, but the more the merrier.:)

And of course, you don't have to run your car, but why not? Just to see what it will do. Maybe just shoot for the 1/8th mile run.

Dave, I'd love to race a BMW in a straight line.:D

Dave, I haven't seen you in ages, if I go you better be there. Edit, don't know if any of our cars are strip ready, and I don't really race anymore (although... arm twisting will be happening right?).
