WOW! A classic hack! I haven't seen one in a couple of years!!!
It used to happen quite a bit in the early days - before the registrars started allowing double passwords and such.
Unless it is an April fool's joke by the TBird boys... but honestly - it would be more tongue in cheek wouldn't it?

Greetings all TCCoA.com viewers. Due to the overwhelming negative attitudes we've been experiencing on the forums and the overall distaste I've begun to develop for it all, I've decided to sell the domain and site outright to the corporately-funded Civic Club of America. In secret, private talks, we arrived at a purchase price that let me walk away with no regrets. Due to an all-inclusive nondisclosure agreement, I can't discuss the purchase price, but sufice it to say I can pay off all my debts and not work for at least a couple of years if I so choose.
I hate to spring this on everybody so suddenly, but they were ready and the $$$ was right. Tough luck to you all. I may or may not keep my Bird. After all, I also got a new Civic out of the deal. Great mileage and it's pretty darned quick for the little motor.
