What is my problem?

Okay, for the first 5-10 minutes of driving, the car is SLOW, and has a light shudder up to speed and runs a little uneven when cruising. After that, it is perfect, launches well, idles smoothly, perfect. Also, when I stop hard or go up a steep ramp, the E-brake light flashes at me. Are these symptomes of the MLPS, or what?

E-brake light flashes beacuse you are probably low of fluid, which could be a result of worn out pads.

Poor running for the first few minutes after cold start ... hmmm, I had a similar experience and it turned out to be a fuel pump not performing up to par. It would work better when warmed up.

Just something to think about.

I've check fuel pressure and it is fine, cold and warm. The engine seems to be fine, but I can't figure out anything.
