Unfortunately I have to sell the mark, just not a good car for new fatherhood, paint is mint, new rubber, inside has some wear & tear, 63k ’97 some mod’s (see below) after market stereo system, 2 12”sub, 1farad cap w/ power display &1/2 farad cap, 6 MB quart’s, 6 Kenwood eXcelons. In cabin, 2 rockford amp, 12 band EQ, Kenwood eXcelons D-mask tape deck w/ 6 disc changer…I have no idea what is a good starting point for a sale price, any help would be very appreciated.

Don't make the same mistake i did in selling your baby. Put it away in a barn for when you get settled down with the kid and play money account is back to full. Just get a beater Kia or something dirt cheap for the kids to wreck with spills inside and scratches. 200.00 down and whatever a month...then just sell it as a winter rat to some college kid that needs wheels when youre done with it. if its out of sight and out of mind, youll not spend money on it till youre ready to pull it out of storage. Just my two cents. Nissan Sentras & Chev Cavaliers make great dependable beaters too. Ive had three of them when i used to live up there in the dreaded land of snow in Syracuse NY.

If you've spent anytime on any of the boards, we're always hearing about fantastic deals on Mark 8's and what great prices there are out there.

You are probably aware that resale on the mark 8's is a dismal prospect.

Remember, One persons FANTASTIC DEAL generally means another person Dreary loss... sorry to say.

I suggest keeping the car, as well.

even if it's not the best car for fatherhood, it cant be all that bad.

with that said..
Congrats on Fatherhood!!!!
