If it says "Mustang", it wont fit. Those are 5 X 4.5" bolt pattern. A Mark is 5 X 4.25". You will also need a different offset. Checkwith Cudaz101 to see what he has available at the custom wheel shop.com

No no. I know about the bolt pattern. All that would be needed is a hub swap which is easy. I should have been more clear. My concern is arround the 50mm offset on 8x18.5 wheels.

I had a feeling Mike is not worried about the bolt pattern. It's a no brainer. Well that is unless you like running hubcentric rings etc ...

50mm offset on an 8.5" wheel will run in the spindle on the front. No go. You want a wheel with max 6.5" backspace, and 3-3.5" front space.

Are spacers available in different thicknesses off the shelf? Is there any negative to spacers? My immediate thought is there is more force on the studs since the nut is farther away.

With "LOD" Since 1997

your thought is right, i am not a fan of spacers, if you get them then you should get longer studs

There is nothing positive about spacers. They suck. Get the wheel that fits, or make one that fits, and move on. End of story.

A +32mm - +38MM offset would be Optimal with that width of a wheel. Anymore than that from either end of the spectrum would result in a not so desirable fit or appearance.

Hope that helps.
