Yes it will.

It's not the standard ford unit, and i don't know anyone who has one of those to know how well they work. But that unit fits inside your current differential and acts as a locker.

If you can get it for the current bid (50 bucks), buy it.

Although i'm not sure what he means by "3/4" shaft upgrade"

make sure that isnt a spline upgrade maybe to larger splines axels. jst a thought
