Window Tint

Everyone that has tint, could you post pics, and % of tint. I want to get it done this summer, all Marks NEED tint, but I'm not sure how dark I want it. Also, how much will it be? There is a lot of glass on these cars. Thanks.

Go as dark as your state laws allow. Any more then that and you risk having to have it removed when you get pulled over for any traffic violation. Your local glass shops would be able to tell you whats legal and whats not.

BTW - the WV "max legal" 35% film on the 77% factory tint = 27% which is NOT LEGAL if they use a tint meter at inspection time!

I don't know the degree of tint, but this is what it looks like.

Oh, and I've since bought new rear tires and had the rims switched around. I didn't notice they were on backwards!

Sorry I'm late to the party, here's mine, at 20%. At the time (4 months ago) the state limit was 50%, but I guess they've changed it according to the above chart. (grr)

It's okay, but I would have preffered darker. Especially the back windows, I don't like a lot of sun on my daughter (she doens't either)

You can check my web site out and see my tint as well.
Also the darker the interior the darker the tint looks. My wife and I have the same "LEGAL" tint, but her's looks darker since she has black interior.

Well these arn't the best pics to look at tint but my fronts tint out to 32% (tint meter), rears have 22% on them, and the back has 13% on it. I can't remember exactly what the fronts were but I think it was about %38 or so. I pass inspection just fine, and they use a tint meter. I wish I could have gone darker, like 13% all around. It looks so nice all black. But it also keep my car so much cooler.

this is mine dont mind the dirty car but its 50% and free i hav ea freind who does it so i helped paint his car i have free tint for life
