  • Belated Bereavement - Sanford M. Block, aka Sandy, aka Cigar Sandy

I spoke with John (oldschool1) from the Mark VII club and owner of PINKIN at Carlisle. I knew Sandy was very sick the last time I heard about him but did not know he passed. John said he made a post here but I can't find it, so below in quotes is what was posted on the Mark VII site.

For the people that have not been around a long time Sandy was one of the original guys here. He provided Alexander a lot of the Mark VIII build information on our web site. He was a one of a kind character and a walking encyclopedia of automotive knowledge. He must have quit the club 100 times but finally moved a few years on after he sold his Mark VIII and got a Town Car

    RIP Sandy
