Your best 0-60Mph time

RE: Your best 0-60Mph time

Not real sure... but low low fives

(with the vette)

With the mark I'm sure I'm high 6's to low 7's

RE: Your best 0-60Mph time

The last I checked with the Tazzo VPC was mid 7's with bad launches. I see quite a few 'slow' 0-60 times posted with relatively 'quicker' 1/4 mile times compared to 'fast' 0-60 times with relatively 'slower' 1/4 mile times.

RE: Your best 0-60Mph time

My best Mark VIII time with a G-Tech was a 5.99, with the Tazzo I usually get 6.1's and 6.2's. Best Tazzo quarter-mile on a cold day was 14.32 @ 102.2 mph. Best "real time" at the track was a 14.68 @ 97.42 in 85 degree weather.

Wow, that's fast for a Mark VIII and we are talking Mark VIII's since this is a Lincoln board, right?

If not, then I did 0-370 mph in less than one second in a F-101 mockup ejection seat trainer one time years ago. That's 17G's in initial acceleration. If you want to be able to talk and walk again, then you keep you tounge in your mouth and your knees and elbows tucked in when you pull those handles.

Huh. Funny, my 0-60 was about 6.07 on Joes Gtech, but my quarter on a HOT and humid day was a 14.252@97.91. Wonder what the deal with that is.
