Well Had it for a few months now, but havent posted about it until now. I have a new addition to the family. A brand new Navigator. Man I love it. some great features like push button floding rear seats, on button open lift gate. Got the Dvd option and boy is that great for the kids. It is black with grey interior. Now I could only figure out how to post pics. It looks great next to the mark. Only problem is deciding which I want to drive when I go out.

Congratulations on the Navagator. Lot's of toys on it. I like the disappearing running boards.
The only 2 Sport Utes we could ever own are the Cherokee & the Blazer, because they are both 64 inches high, ground to roof rack. Our garage is a mere 68" high at the opening. We'd make a convertible Sport Ute outta a Navi. Excluding the Cherokee & Blazer, ALL OTHER sport utes are OVER 68" tall. (Why....I don't know, I think it's illeage to load the interior beyond the bottom of the glass area...yes ???
The guy who owns the gas station where I go more oft than not, asked me WHY I bought such a BIG car, when I first arrived with my Town Car. I had to think about that, as he too drives a Navagator (2000). I was like

thanks. I wish Nitrous would be great, but wife will be driving it more than me. Man I love it. The view is great while driving. Sandy the running board thing I don't have. I took it off the lot kind of a spur of the moment thing. Has just about everything else though.

The new Navi's are really nice. Will be upgrading to one in about 2 years. Not too impressed with the 01 that I purchased. My mark had more options, was more refined and was 8 years older. Did you get 4wd? Mine is driving me nuts. There is no way to shut it off. If I take off too fast it automatically kicks on and slows me down a whole bunch.

The 04 has a ton of options. Yes I have the 4wd only way to go in upstate NY. I have no problem with it at all. I can switch to 2wd manually and it stays that way unless I change it to something else. I like having the tire pressure monitor on it and I know it works. The day I got it the light was on and the sales guy said it was suppose to be on and it would change if something was wrong. Good thing I didn't listen to him. I checked the air pressure and all 4 were low. I fulled them up to were they needed to be and restarted the car and the light went out. I called to inform him of his mistake and he just seemed to blow me off.
He had no clue. When I told him I wish they would start making the Mark 8 again or something similar he pointed to a grand Mar. and said there you go. Totally different car, but again he was determined he was right. Good thing I knew a thing or two about the Navi. when I dicideed to go with it.

Double check the 4wd thing. Mine kicks in to 4wd whenever the truck detects slippage. If yours is like mine, take a look at the knob on the dash, it actually says AWD, not 2wd. Sent dennis a couple emails to see if a new chip could reprogram this feature. no response to date. I would have never baught a 4wd if it wasnt for those dang slippery slimy boat ramps we have down here. The only reason I have a problem with this is that I want to put an eaton on here really really bad.
