You're not gonna believe this...but
You all know that I am somewhat active and I post on the Cadillac board. Well....I do have a Cadillac, and I do not have a Mark 8 - so you can understand....

Anyhow, I am low key over there, and keep a low profile. Some guy is actively seeking to find aftermarket fender skirts for his 1995 deVille (which did NOT ever come with skirts on them. Well, I happen to know the place that makes them, so I go on to do the guy a favor and give him the URL for the site of the maker of these here fender skirts.

For an avatar this "dude" has a photo of his main female. It's small, like my R/C but it's her bending over facing front and she is only wearing an extremely scimpy bra, with alot of her showing.

So, I wrote:
This place (insert URL) has the skirts you want, and maybe some blouses for your lady friend. PERIOD.

I can post it here, but I don't wanna get in trouble, so i will not.

Get this! Post gets deleted, and I get a 24-hour "vacation" !!!
He, on the other hand still has the picture up there.

I hate to say this, BUT... Now you know how it feels.:)

The communists that have taken over these websites will destroy them all, just like socialism kills the human spirit.

Bryan, there are jerks in every posistion on every board. There are posters who say things that are evil and an out & out lie. There are posters who break rules. If a rule states no direct insults at another poster, then those who chose to break that rule get the consequences. There are also board leaders that can be jerks. We all learned that last year when we were forced to start anew.
Some of the nicest people can do jerky things once in a while.
I would have appreciated an explanation as to WHY, which has not & I assume will not, be forthcoming. I don't mind having rules to play by, to live by, to use a computer generated web site or to participate on/in a message board. It just seemed - well like what did I do or say??? It was a little tongue in cheek joke.

I am not really upset over it and certainly will not lose any sleep, it's just funny to me. No Biggie.

I agree with everything you said. Even the part where it is common decency to provide an explanation for an action. That is where the frustration comes in. No explanation.

BTW, that was a pretty funny comment on your part. Glad to see you still have your sense of humor even in your aged state.

Well I'm "glad" that it has happened to someone else. As Bryan said, it's not so much that it happens to get deleted, it's the no explanation part..or just an arbitrary deletion, as has happened to me several times. And that chick isn't that great. I'll match up Trish's rack with that chick's udders anytime. Here's a pic. Whaddya think?? (can you tell us where to find a blouse??)

I wouldnt mind putting her on my sig. No wonder Ron has been busy latley. Oh yeah, tell Trish thats a great tan shes got.

He He He...The post is back over there, and I got a note of apology saying that it was confused with another post, and mine was deleted by accident, and has been returned, and I am out of "jail" !!

Tell you what I like on that Caddy:-
1. The Fender Skirts
2. The Brushed Aluminum Applique on the "B" Pillar
3. The Vogue Whitewalls
4. The Factory Chromed Wheels

What I don't like:-
1. The lower body darker color
2. The Simulated Convertible Roof
3. The Silver Paint Color

Make it Black, with the #'s 1,2,3,& 4 from above, & it would be really nice!

There's simply too much colors going on there!
Medium Grey Roof
Silver Body
Black Lower Panel
It's too broken up into too many sections. All black would be more elegant and "Caddy-Like"
