You see stories like that all the time and most times they are one sided. You are reading only the client's version and not hearing the vendor's side. I seriously doubt you are reading the whole truth and would take that story with a grain of salt.

A story like that...I only need to hear one side. I could take that story to any extreme and still come to the same conclusion.
Of course I was screwed over by JBA Racing, so I could be biased.
