Can this chip can help me by cutting my time at the Gym... unless i have to get Exaust and intake work done otherwise i'll stick to the hard work and no mod chip for me... Hey can they enable blue tooth with that chip that would be cool you just walk up to your Mark and it know's it's you

I don't remember this movie playing, Gattaca, though it is fairly recent - 1997. I looked it up. It got some great reviews and has some well known stars - Ethan Hawke and Uma Thurman.
I think even is a world where everyone is an identical clone with ideal genes, animal and human instinct is to find differences so you can battle, wage war and kill each other. That's why everyone would need a chip implanted - so you can identify the victims of conflict.

Are they giving us cowbells to wear around our necks, too? We've been treated like cattle for years, might as well make it official.
There is no way I could accept such a thing. There is no electronic device that is hacker-proof, to my knowledge. I don't even trust online banking, so this is beyond ridiculous! x(
