Here is a link to at least the indirect text I remember about that guy who did the oil filter study on his own. I say indirect, because the link to the original website where he had the actual study is broken.

That study opened a few eyes to say the least. I remember a road racer/mechanic friend telling me that Framm had turned to junk and I didn't believe him until I read that study a while back. At this point I'm using K&N filters exclusively.

I would like very much to find a direct link to this site and it's subsequent updates. Did I overlook a wat to access this site directly, so as to check for updates?
As many of you know, I use (and sell) Amsoil and their filters and that was one of the ones mentioned as "awaitng disassembly". Sure would like to check for updates!

I've seen it mirrored several places as well with no updates. I'd like to see some of the filters on the waiting list reviewed. In particular both the Amsoil and K&N.

THX, Leo, I followed the link and found the site, but I couldn't find anything on updates since 11/10/2003.
Am I doing something wrong, or omitting something?
