Umm....how does one drift an AWD Skyline that sideways without destroying a differential? By all the fiberglass panels, I'm guessing its a mach up Skyline?
 
I don't think they use a transfercase style drive train, I think its setup just like the Subaru's, two halfshafts coming out of the sides of the transmission and one drive shaft coming out the back.

You're over-thinking it. I am not even sure the last pic I posted was a skyline. It coule be a S14/15 but with all that bodywork it is really hard to tell.

Either way the Skyline is available in RWD in Japan. Only the GT-R is AWD, they have many other models over there.
 
Ooooohhhh I thought they ALL were AWD's! You know me...overthinking things with my mechanical mind!
