Cloudy over Carlisle... ONLY CARLISLE!

OK so I'm leaving for GM Carlisle in a couple of days and I check the weather... can anyone explain why the ONLY CLOUDS in all of PA are hovering over Carlisle? Do you see this? I mean, really... WTF???? :eek:

Cause the radar is based at the center of the map and is picking up the bounce back off of the humidity at ground level.
 
Leo, when is the last time you have been at a car show at Carlisle when it hasn't rained? I can count the experiences on one hand when I have been there two or three days straight with no rain. I have been going to Carlisle regularly since 1981.
