2007 Annual MI M8 Meet dates and info

I could not pop out the half shafts. I called Joe and he said they should be able to come out, but that maybe the c-ring needs to be compressed.

I have another ez up if you want me to bring it too I can. Also I plan on doing breakfast with pancakes, sausage, cornbread, bacon and stuff Saturday morning still if anyone is interested. Good to hear the yard is ready for camping, because that is exactly what I plan on doing. Thank you for that offer as it is basically allowing me to come to the event. Otherwise a hotel would have made this adventure a little out of my current budget. Heres to the LOD! Hurray! Plus I am very interested in the rear diff stuff that is going to be done so I plan to be there around 1pm Friday to see that. I have some plans for a traction lock and some 3.73 gears for my Crown Vic "stealth". P.S. I just got done looking at the menus for the Irish Pub that we will frequent Friday evening and I am very impressed by the beers on tap. Not to mention that I am right now having my mouth water after looking over the menu of different scotch available. I have had several but then there are several I have not tried. Infact I think I may sit down to a glass of some single malt Dalmore 12 year old right now.

Hi All, Made it to Cedar Point in about 11 hours yesterday. Due to the rainy weather and some fatal insect collisions, the Mark's detail job looks a little faded and tattered, but glad to be here anyway. :)

Jeremi, I have your address and phone number from last year loaded to my GPS, so I should be good to go.

I'm glad there will be more tap beer fans ! LOL

Mike, GPS = cheating, but as long as you're here it's allright. Friday too ?

Yep, you have to put up with me for two whole days, and too late...you can't back out now Jeremi. There goes the neighborhood...

Haha, Mike that's just fine ;)

Weather looks to be fine as well despite the rain last couple of weeks.

Sharon is trying to get me to come from NH (regardless of the fact that it's been 5 years since I've owned a Lincoln). Will there be any honeys? :p

The pub we're going to on Friday night is usually full of honeys plus a live band ;)
It's up to you to see how many you can convince to come to the meet on Saturday ;)

Got skilz ? LOL

Finally made it to Farmington Hills, and checked in to the hotel. :) It is nice to see a little sun today and dry out. It had to rain at least 3" while at Cedar Point the last few days.

Got your car power washed out of the deal. I am touching mine up before heading up on Friday morning late, binging bug cleaner also. See you guys there.

Mike, you better not mess with a dark colored 2nd gen no matter what the kid in the window screams at ya ;)

I think I'll gonna do some cleaning tomorrow since it's rain day anyway.

lol Jeremi :) Wendy has already been pulled over for speeding while driving her mothers car going shopping this afternoon. I swear, this happens every time she drives her mothers car when she comes to MI to visit. For some odd reason, she never gets a ticket though.

I have the stock street tires back on the Mark now, so, I would only be good from a 80mph roll anyway, locked in third. Otherwise, I am sure that dark gen2 and I would have a tremendous smoke show from a dig

I hope that rain does not come. I just washed the grime and bugs off the Mark. I have not opened the hood yet since I left Georgia, so who knows what it looks like in there. I was going to clean that tomorrow.

Have a safe trip Charlie!
