I need to make an alignement of front wheels (parrallelism and/or camber)

Nobody in France knows the values for '95LSC, of course.:mad:
Someone can give me these values?

I've got the specifications in my 94 service manual. I'm pretty sure that they are the same as the 95 specs.

They are too much for me to type in, but if you send me a PM with your e mail address, I'll scan the pages and send them to you.

I'll send you the specs that I have.

There's one problem though, Charlie (Roadboss) sent me the specs for his 96, and the toe values are different.

I don't know why the values would be different. I thought they would be the same.

Does anyone have the alignment specs for a 95?

I'll send you the specs for the 94 and 96 but you might want to wait until we can get the 95 specs.

Also, I'll move this to the brakes and suspension forum.

The car was made in september 94, written on the door stick. Do you think the '94 values are the good ones?

My 2 94 Marks were built in September and October 93.

I don't know what to think now.:)

Hopefully someone will chime in with the specs for the 95. If not, I would think that the 94 would be closer than the 96 only because there are more differences in the 96. I'm not aware of any suspension differences in these cars though.

On the other hand, maybe Ford changed the specs because they thought the newer specs were better for these cars?

I'll send you what I've got but, if possible I'd wait to see if someone can show us the 95 specs.
 
I have the specs from the 95' shop manual. It is a chart with angles in degrees, inches and mm. Since I am a Newbe I don't thing I can post attachments yet. If you want you can list several specs from your 94' chart and I can tell you if they are the same for 95'

It looks like the specs changed in 96. I wonder why?

Perhaps is has to do with the revised steering rack ratio beginning in '96; the engineers may have changed the toe slightly to effect proper steering response with the "slower" ratio. If the settings for the '96 are the same as '97 and '98, then I would assume this is the case. Or, as is the case with other changes made through the years, perhaps it was to "dull down" the performance feel of the suspension so all the old fogies wouldn't complain...?

Dom, that makes sense. I didn't know that they changed the rack ratio in 96.

I'm still curious as to what those changes would do to the handling of the car. After all, the front suspension geometry is still the same isn't it?

Maybe the next time I get a front end alignment I'll use the 96 specs just to compare the difference.:)
