I'm installing a Kenwood DD in my 97 LSC and need to know how much and where the opening needs to be trimmed to fit?

Hey guys, I have converted my 97 LSC to coils from air and the shop couldn't get the positive camber out of the drivers rear. It was +4.4 deg. I replaced the knuckle bushings and the UCA bushings along with the upper arms. Now it sits at +2.2 deg, am I missing something?

Does anyone have a couple of rear LCA to knuckle bolts? One of mine was cross threaded and we had to cut it off. Need them badly.
