I just put some "good when they were removed" front airsprings in my CE, so far so good.

The shock portion might be worn out too. I'm moving this thread to the brakes/suspension section.

They are sending you a new Air Spring? I thought the problem was just the solenoid? Can you send us a photo of the broken part? I'm curious, as the main problem with these replacements seems to be the solenoid or seal on it.

I would worry about fixing the broken solenoid first, your compressor was strong enough to break it wasn't it?

The system is trying to inflate both fronts so if the left side is open pressure won't build up.

Were you trying to inflate the right side with the left side solenoid still apart? Until you can get a new solenoid you need to plug the left airline somehow. Maybe use your old solenoid with the cable disconnected so it doesn't open to test the right side . I think these new fronts use...

I haven't yet, I had to replace the airsprings yesterday as they developed slow leaks over the winter.

I recently saw that these were available now, I couldn't afford those. The Vigors you found look reasonable.

Those are the newest ones to come out, the Gen 2 style. I looked up the ones he was talking about, they look like my Suncores, Gen 1 style (metal). The Westars look like that also. My old Arnotts are Gen 1 too, but the top cap is different on those. Those new Gen 2's cost more than my Mark...

I've got some very old Arnotts that are starting to leak and some newer Suncores I haven't installed yet. I've never heard of the Vigors but from their photos they look just like the Suncores. I've heard the newer ones are all the same, made in China. I had some trouble with the solenoids on...

Does the 93 ECM programming cause the radiator fan to run more than the other gen 1's? Mine runs more often than my 94's, it doesn't overheat or run hotter than the 94's though. I know the gen 2's are different because they often turn on at red lights when my gen 1's don't. The other possibility...
