VIII looking for 8s
I'm here in the Twin Cities metro and need a flexplate and rear main oil seal put in the Lincoln. Time is running out and now the guy that was going to do it conveniently has **** to do this weekend. 
I have pretty much 2 test days, and one fun day left at the track in October and I'm going to get screwed here.
If anyone here local wants to tackle the job or refer me to someone who can in a timely fashion, please let me know. I was going to pay this guy $350 to drop the tranny and put the flex in and a little on top of that to put the rear main in and tack the exhaust back up. The exhaust is one piece from the collectors back, so someone with a welder would be a good thing. The hangers will have to be tacked back up.
Let me know. I have cash and don't want to pay a shop at this point. If I do, the car will sit broken until next spring. :banghead:
