Anyone going to be at Mason-Dixon dragway in Hagerstown Maryland this year? The TCCoA people were there last year and will be there again this year.

I went myself last year and was the only MK VIII there. I found out too late that I was allowed to run. It's quarter mile bracket racing. Nice track, decent food and nice people. I should be there on the 24th, weather permitting.

Looks like I'll be the only MK VIII there again this year.

hey do you live close ot hagerstown? did you happen to read my fuel pump took a dump story? it took place in hagerstown. its posted in the drivetrain section.

Dang, I'll still be on way home from Williamsburg, VA with a bunch of family. Taking the F250 and the Prowler 5th wheel. Leaving Mon the 18th and coming back Sun the 24th.

I'm about two hours from Hagerstown if I don't do the speed limit.

The race went well. This year I wasn't the only stinkin' Lincoln at the track. I saw four MK VIIIs there including my own. Mine and a black generation 1 were on the track while a red '96 LSC and a generation 2 red LSC were in the parking lot. Lots of T-Birds showed up and they let the two MK VIIIs run in their class.

Very enjoyable time. Not sure why the gen 2 LSC had its front wheels on backwards though.
