Cd Changer

My CD Changer stopped working this week. It acts like the CD's aren't loading. When I put the changer in place it makes the noise like it's loading but nothing happens.

Mine stops when I hit hard bumps and inside the message says no cd.
I just made a fist attempt to have it sent out (against other LOD members ideas) and got it back and they said they don't have parts.
Next step replace or try again some where else to get it fixed.
Someone told me it might be a bad micro switch.
Mine sounded the same way when I tryed to reload the magazine.
