Cold start not starting right away

Now that the weather is getting cold here in NYC, I have a problem with the car in the morning not starting up as soon as I turn the key. I have to "HOLD" the key in the start position, for up to a full MINUTE. Then Bang it starts up!

Engine hot no problem. starts every time I turn the key Right away.

Had the Battery checked and it's good. 5 month old Bosch.

Mechanic looked at it for a second. and he noticed that the ground wires right off the battery are getting warm? He has also cleaned the grounds on the car. They were/are in good shape with no rust or anything else buildup.

I dont know what else could be the problem.. Starter? Going to be hard to prove once the car has been driven to the PB station and have it tested once its hot.

Suggestions? Please. I did take a video of the problem this morning if anyone thinks it may help to see it.

Thanks.
